Industry Exclusive One-Year Warranty!

The Maier GuaranteeAt Maier, we stand behind our product by offering an industry exculsive 1 Year limited warranty against breakage.

All thermoformed dirt bike and ATV products produced by Maier are warrantied against breakage for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Warranty is limited to a one-time replacement of defective part only. Parts other than those thermoformed by Maier do not carry a warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

New Dealers & Distributers

Maier Manufacturing, Inc. requires that a completed dealer or distributor application be submitted for review and approvalbefore a new account may be established. If eligibility requirements are met and approved, we will then establish you as a new account. All acounts are subject to our general policy, terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account not meeting our customer requirements.

Terms

All dealer and distriibuter accounts are considered C.O.D unless prior arrangements have been made. Please submit a credit application showing your bank and three credit references. Please include a complete address and phone number for each reference. Once approved, the account will be NET 30 days for distributors and NET 10 days for dealers.
Note: A 1.5% per month (18% per year) service charge will be billedon all accounts past due, with a minimum $1.00 charge. A $20.00 service fee will be charged on all returned checks. In the event that collection action is required for Maier Manufacturing, Inc. to collect on past due accounts, then Maier Manufacturing, Inc. has the right to collect reasonable and customary collection fees from this account.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order to distributors is $400.00. Any distributor order under the minimum will be subject to a $20.00 handling charge. Dealers and retails orders have a minimum of $30.00. Any order under $30.00 will be subject to a $5.00 handling charge. No orders under $20.00 will be accepted.

Back Orders

All back orders under $25.00 will be cancelled. All back orders over $25.00 that arrive within 30 days of invoice date will be shipped automatically, unless the customer has specified "no back orders" at the time of ordering.

Damages & Claims

All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when the leave the Maier Facility. For any damaged package, Maier will file a claim with the carrier. Call Maier within 24 hours of receiving damages goods and save the damaged carton for possible carrier inspection. Failing to do so will jeopardize your being compesated for the damaged goods.

Shipping Policy

All products ordered through our online store and shipped within the continetal 48 states will be charged 15% of the order total for shipping.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

In order to provide you with the best possible shipping rates, shipping charges will be calculated upon reciept of order. Maier USA will ship the best way possible by selecting the carrier favorable to your shipment. You will be contacted via e-mail (or telephone) with teh final cost of your order, including shipping, along with payument instructions once the shipping is calculated.

International Shipping

In order to provide you with the best possible shipping rates, shipping charges will be calculated upon reciept of order. Maier USA will ship the best way possible by selecting the carrier favorable to your shipment. You will be contacted via e-mail (or telephone) with the final cost of your order, including shipping, along with payument instructions once the shipping is calculated.

Pricing

Due to the nature of the economy, prices are subject to change without notice. Our website has the most current prices.

Discounts

Dealer and distributer quantity discounts are listed at the top of your current price list. Discounts only apply if invoice is paid within 30 days and only for one order shipped to one location. Specially priced items do not qualify for quantity discounts.

Returns

Returned merchandise are not permitted without our prior approval. All claims for shortages, errors or defective material must be made within ten days after receipt of goods. All returns must have our Return Authorization Number. Failure to do this places the merchandise at our disposal. Invoice number must accompany all returns, and freight must be prepaid. If the error is ours, freight and replacement credit will be issued. All returned good are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
