Frequently Asked Questions about customer service, including orders and shipping information.

Our internet site cannot caculate International Shipping.

Once your order has been placed we will contact you via email with a shipping quote. Once you have approved the quote, we will contact you by phone for your credit card details since our internet site does not retain that information.

If you decline the shipping quote or do not respond in a timely fashion, we will void your parts authorization and cancel your order.

If you would like a quote ahead of time before placing an order, please contact us via email.

Contact our sales department and we will can either email, mail or fax an applicaiton to you.

Shortages, errors or defective material claims must me made within 10 days of receipt of goods. If you have a problem or need to return parts, call our sales department for a RA #.

Please contact us for via email for a list of authorized dealers in your country.

Double check your card number, expiration date, cvv code and zip code. If your credit card still will not authorize, you can pay with a cashiers check or money order. Or you may give our sales department a call and we can refer you to an authorized dealer in your area.

Once your order ships, an email will be sent to you with an attachment showing your invoice and tracking number.

UPS can only deliver to a physical address, no PO Box.

We ship orders via UPS ground frieght. Air freight is extra and will require calling our sales department for a quote for additional charges.

USA: To obtain a shipping quote, click on parts interested in, select color and add to cart. Scroll down to "estimate shipping cost". Enter your shipping information and caculate. The UPS ground rate will be given.

Canada: Contact our sales department for a UPS Shipping quote. Brokerage, taxes and duties are extra charge and are due upon arrival. If you would like a list of our Canadian dealers, please let us know. See FAQ International Shipping Quote.

International: Contact our sales department for a Shipping quote. If you have already placed an order through the website, our sales department will contact you via email with further instructions for processing your order. See FAQ International Shipping Quote.

First, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received. Second, you will receive notification that your order has been processed. Third, once your order ships, you will be sent and email with an invoice and tracking number attached.

If you do not receive a confirmation number, check your junk mail folder and/or contact our sales department, there may be a problem with your order.

Orders usually ship within 1-2 working days. We will inform you if your parts are out of stock. If your order contains out of stock items, it may take 5-7 days to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your invoice and UPS tracking number attached. You can then track your order by going to UPS.com.
